EZ LOAD BINDER

This device (designed and built by Nor-Weld Ltd. Employees and Leon Welch) is a heavy-duty spring actuated device (with pneumatic release system) for quick tightening and securing any size loads onto a trailer using chains and straps.  The primary feature of this device is the time savings and safety when compared to hand ratcheting, as well as continuous tightening during transportation, to keep the load tight and secure at all times.

Fastening the load is simple,

hooking the chain or strap to the EZ Load Binder mounted under the trailer or truck bed, and released using the predetermined existing truck or trailer compressed air pressure.
The device is operated through a 3-position valve to activate the arm for tighten or release. Ez to use by all truck/trailer operators regardless of experience or strength.
In the unlikely event air system failure, the heavy-duty spring of the spring brake chamber will lock the load in a secure tied position. This device actually tightens itself if there is any load shifting or movement during transport!

A safety backup feature

has also been designed and built, in order to ensure fail-proof load security and driver confidence.
